 Living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle), dining area and bathroom with shower.

Sleeping area (1st floor):

 2 double bedrooms ,

 one of which consists of a double bedroom and a separate single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.

Occupancy: up to 4 adults + 1 additional person free of charge.

Services:

 Air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the living room, laundry on request (weekly stays), tidying and linen change on request.

Final cleaning included if you comply with the house rules.
